Question 1.

Star Moments has a range of different products we offer Magic Mirrors, Selfie Pods, 360's & Our Arcades. For the purpose of this competition we are gonna focus on our most popular hire which is our Magic Mirror.

Question 1.

We engage with our clients thru Face to Face at Wedding Shows, Telephone Calls, Whatsapp & instagram.

The Process

1. Speak with the client indepth regarding the colour scheme or Theme of the Wedding. We show them a range of Previous setups / Backdrops & Overlays & Customisations Available. We often suggest that if they have a pintrest or mood board that they share this with us at the time to allow us to show options suited to them.

2. When they decide that we can provide them with the service they are happy with we discuss timings & costings

3. Once a Client decides they wish to book we use booth book to issue them access to our client portal to manage the booking. In the client portal they can do the following; (CLICK HERE TO SEE AN EXAMPLE EVENT)

- Check all booking details, Dates, Arrival Times, Event Duration, Venue Location & Client Notes

- Access the invoice

- Access & Sign there contract

- Make Payments (We Accept Credit & Debit Cards, Bank Transfers) They pay the min deposit of £50 to secure the booking.
They can then pay either portions of the balance as and when they are comfortable as long as the full balance is cleared 7 days prior to the wedding.
